Code of Conduct - All parents/players/bench staff are required to read Hockey Nova Scotia’s Code of Conduct as well as the CCMHA’s Code of Conduct Policy 5.1. Managers will record. parents/players/bench staff who have read these documents. |

Fair Play Policy – All parents/players/bench staff are required to read Hockey Canada’s Fair Play Policy as well as CCMHA’s Bench Management Fair Play Policy 6.7. Managers will record. parents/players/bench staff who have read these documents. |

TEAM STAFF REQUIREMENTS
Website Access?– Access to GrayJay will be provided to managers and coaches by the Website Administrator. |
Within 7 Days After Roster Completion |
Team Communication – Use GrayJay App for all communication in accordance with CCMHA’s Team Communication Policy 8.0. |
Upon Selection to Provincial Team |
Team Practices?- All practices, with details and location, must be uploaded to the CCMHA website which populates GrayJay. |
Throughout the Season |
Team Games?- All games must be uploaded to the CCMHA website upon receiving them which populates GrayJay. |
Minimum Sunday Before 6PM if Possible |
Cancellations - Notify Matt Lewis (matt.lewis19@gmail.com) upon cancellation of any home games or practices for officials and timekeepers to be cancelled and ice time to be utilized. |
As soon as Possible |
Travel Permits?- All exhibition games and tournaments require travel permits.? When these are scheduled, managers and coaches can use their HCR Account to complete the permits. The league will provide a Travel Permit for all league games. |
Throughout the Season |
Tournaments?– Teams are not required to participate in these, other than the CCMHA Bluenose and Bates/Merrill, but they are an important part of the season for most teams. Visit HNS Tournaments?and HNB Tournaments for their most current lists. |

Preliminary, Interim, Final Budgets- Budgets must be submitted to the appropriate Division Coordinator for Board approval. |

Jersey Sign In/Out Record?– All managers are required create and maintain a detailed record of the jerseys and pant shells. |

Supervision – To protect players and bench staff, the Rule of Two should be maintained for all team-related activities. |

First Aid Kit – Confirm a kit is onsite for each practice and game. The coach or trainer should ensure kits are stocked at all times in accordance with CCMHA’s First Aid Kit Policy 9.4. |
